    I am not sure how I feel about this.  Maybe the trains will be cleaner. they will not yet be less crowded not at this price.  Maybe we should extend the 7 to NJ.

      I like the concept.  I would be perfectly happy to discuss it.  I would rather make something than grow it at the moment.  I would be perfecyly happy to locate my workshop/studio in the corner of a field.

      If I were intending to do a coffee and cake business this would be a good way to approach the problem.  Let us consider who comes through the door when the door exists.
