  Japan Goes From Dynamic to Disheartened

  Economists are pointing to Japan, which has been trapped in low growth and deflation, as a dark vision of the future for the West.

  Deflation is really nasty.  We have been reading the tea leaves for a long time.  This man has only just noticed.  

  Yes, I did see micro houses mentioned.  They are still private houses.  I would guess they are more generous than condos and one room pied a terres.  I want a studio. It does not need to be c.o.ed as living space.  no bed.  

  
  

  We have not yet dived down this hole.  That we will not is far less certain than it was.  Our congress seems determined to make it happen. The federal reserve is also unenthusiastic about preventing such an implosion.
