It will be a rebuilding year.  Expect changes.  I am not enough of a fan to really care.  I should be watching the Giants.

WikiLeaks Founder on the Run, Chased by Turmoil
Julian Assange is used to being denounced by governments, but now some of his own comrades are abandoning him for what they see as erratic and imperious behavior.
Thinking.  "Even paranoids have enemies." and "Yes, I am paranoid. Am I paranoid enough?"

Facebook Advertisers Can Glean Private Data
Two recent academic papers show that in certain circumstances, advertisers on Facebook may be able to learn sensitive profile information, like a person’s sexual orientation or religion.

Whine.  All appropriate and things we have lost in my lifetime to security concerns and to cost cutting measures.  The exception is Wi-Fi.   Still not free at some airports.

The Way We Treat Our Troops
The idea that hardly anyone is paying attention to the burden being shouldered by America’s soldiers at war is beyond appalling.

The military command treats the enlisted personnel as mercenary troops.  They are not.  What we have is a volunteer army with a benefit program.  The pay is much better than it was under conscription but it is only good in comparison to long term unemployment. It is sufficient to start a family if access to the PX can be maintained and on base housing is available.
Our self appointed aristocrats see the enlisted as a servant class and treat them as such.  Under these circumstances I would be worrying about mutiny.  We nearly had it at the end of Vietnam.  I have heard no fragging stories out of South Asia as yet.  Perhaps the officers are as unhappy as the "men".

    I stand corrected.

There is no even to it.
The Nobel committee promotes civilization as Alfred Nobel intended.

Not my problem as yet.  It is Mother's. Mostly it seems to be lack of motion.
I dreamed up an indicator for the mail the other day but have not made it as the multiple trips to the mail box are most of the walking she does.  Urination nerves also make mobility a challenge.  She is getting her head around that one and getting to the can when the need strikes, not when it is unbearable.

For the A-Cup Crowd, Minimal Assets Are a Plus
Many women these days want to showcase their small chests, not pad them out. Retailers are listening.
      I love you.
I intend to live with you as soon as you will allow that.
I would like a formal contract, usually called a marriage.
Place, time and form are your choice.
