    It’s Morning in India
When America slips into a bad mood, everyone notices. India, for one, has.

Fear Fear and more fear is what is in control there.
"Red sun in morning, Sailors take warning."
I just am not in the mood to argue with an irrational scold.

    Can the Dude Abide?
Now The One must overcome The Many; it’s the Know-It-All versus the Know Nothings.

It seems to be the silence that is bringing out the nuts.
Do we have to send press-releases for everything?

Alzheimer’s Warning Sign: Money Problems - Vanishing Mind
An early sign of dementia is an inability to understand money, leaving financial advisers in a bind with clients.
    The entire Republican party?
I could believe it but it would be a miserable thing to try to take to court.
It would be fun to try to do it.   Maybe take it to the legal clinic at Harvard law.

Alzheimer's is a real tragedy.  There is nothing to be done for the patient beyond support for all  involved.  The world is rife with thieves.  Many of them operate by stealth in the hope that they can be disconnected and elsewhere when questions are asked.  The Florida authorities are rumoured to be their accomplices.

      Elections: Oshkosh Shrugged
“I heart Feingold!! Elections: Oshkosh Shrugged - http://nyti.ms/azuV0b”Oshkosh may be shocked at how dependent they have become.  The city could become homeless.  The ruin of a once proud and productive community living in a refrigerator box behind the rail road yard.

How the Banks Put the Economy Underwater
The mortgage mess goes well beyond foreclosures and “robo-signers.”
The mortgage lenders, mostly not banks, were guilty of making loans without due diligence.  The sold those loans to bond fabricating operations run as off balance sheet entities.  They were off balance sheet to avoid regulation and taxes. These operations sold the notes to servicing operations.  The income was scattered among bonds by rating formula to achieve a pre-specified rating. The ownership of the loan followed the income stream.  All this was done in a rushed and casual manner and followed by early and regular bankruptcies in the various service and fabrication operations.  Records degraded and vanished that were never good to start.
What we have are defaulted loans with no history or records other than the servicers spread sheets. Spreadsheets are not legal documents. In the attempt to foreclose, the remedy for a defaulted loan, The servicers have been committing fraud on top of fraud.  There is no question that the loan is in default. the question is who has the right to the property and where to apply the criminal penalties. The Bonds are worthless. The insurance is bankrupt. The mess is unrecoverable if it is ever admitted.  The clock is running and peoples lives and property are at stake. The Republican party wants to deny the governments any power to act. The Tea Party thinks this is good. The blue dog Democrats want to be silent.  Aren't you glad you get a vote?

If the repression comes, the rivers will run red and stink.  The marshes will be refreshed and Islam will never be the same as it was.
Anarchy is unstable but does not build nuclear weapons.

How the Brain Reacts to Financial Bubbles
“How the Brain Reacts to Financial Bubbles - http://nyti.ms/9FXjBC”

This paper says that bubbles build on the hedonic feedback from apparent sure things generated by low frequency noise in the systems.

There is nothing regulating authorities can do about the root causes.
What can be done is to detect a growing bubble and quench it early.
Plungers and other "operators" will hate this and fight it with any resources that come to hand.
