The discrimination I have hit is based mostly on age.

The Japanese government needs to spend a lot of money short term.  Their problems are mostly their own.  G.E. Owes them but they did sign off on the design and the continuation.  Sue them in Delaware or where they are incorporated.  The settlement can come much later.
