    Wisconsin’s Radical Break
Gov. Scott Walker has betrayed core Wisconsin values by the aggressive tactics he has used in pursuing his goals.

It means change for the instructors.
Most of them are not good at that.
They feel that it is their business to change students.
Changing for students might give those students the wrong idea.

    Fukushima Plant Warnings Went Unheeded
Regulators approved a 10-year extension for the oldest reactor at the Fukushima Daiichi plant despite safety warnings.
    Local politics.
Get the design engineers busy and build replacements.
There is probably no one solution that is best for all sites.
Take the advice of the engineering designers.
    Failure is far too expensive.
