If ones pays back the people one owes, the social debt does not grow and the world does not become more civil.
Once I realized that I could not return value for value received, I formed a policy of giving value in return for a promise to give value in turn. Paying forward.

When Exercise Is Too Much of a Good Thing
Recently, researchers in Britain set out to study the heart health of a group of dauntingly fit older athletes. Uninterested in sluggards, the scientists recruited only men who had been part of a British national or Olympic team in distance runnin...
Ordinary conditioning is good for everything.  Extreme conditioning can damage the heart.  That damage may be reversible.

Kellogg Seeks Photos and Provides Meals-Advertising

I just dislike this product line.  I would rather cook something.
Curried cod (Kedjerie) on toast is good.  Breads in general.  Sweet buns.  Pie.  Pancakes, Waffles, Muffins biscuits oatmeal etc. sausage bacon, ham, curries cheeses yoghurt     Most things that can be eaten can be eaten for breakfast.  Short prep time is considered good. Cooking ahead and reheating is an approach to that.
