Sympathy for Japan, and Admiration
Our hearts are all with the Japanese today, after the terrible earthquake there – the worst ever recorded in Japan. But, having covered the 1995 Kobe earthquake (which killed more than 6,000 people and left 300,000 homeless) when I lived in Japan ...umh--no.I do not wish them any ill luck and they do better than many. This will put more stimulus in that economy. -

“Afternoon Tea in New York: Serenity in the City - http://nyti.ms/eHzdJE #NYC #Travel”Tea is a foreign custom. These tisanes and other infusions have nothing to do with it. It is the fourth meal, taken in the afternoon.Essentially it is a substitute for the beer after work.

Japan Declares Emergency at Nuclear Plant
The Japanese government evacuated thousands of residents after a mechanical failure in the cooling system.A very little bit of tritium and deuterium are not going to hurt people. A well designed seawater contact condenser would be a practical measure but would be politically impossible. -
