      This Is Just The Start
“A must read that takes 120 seconds. "This Is Just The Start" - http://nyti.ms/grJKmY”
The leadership seems to be American educated. They have learned passive resistance and political management along with the technical subjects they were sent to study.  They are loyal nationals.  They probably understand finance better than the conservatives of this country.  It looks very hopeful to me but the price of oil will be very high.  That is not a bad thing. Separation of church and state is another lesson that is taught to anyone that will learn.  I am feeling much more hopeful this week.

Nine Afghan Boys Killed by NATO Helicopters
“Nine Afghan Boys Killed by NATO Helicopters While Collecting Firewood - http://nyti.ms/hsCpsO”
Boys with sticks look a lot like irregulars with guns.  I don't expect careful inspection from tired men in a war zone.  Send police to do a police job.

    Can Exercise Keep You Young?
To #11 Master Trainer, I think you may have misunderstood #4, the 56-yr old man who exercises regularly, and whose body is still progressively weakening: If he was someone who exercised regularly since way back--and did not take up exercise in middle age--what he says makes a great deal of sense. Remember: exercise can SLOW down the clock, it cannot stop it; let alone turn it back. If someone has kept a lifelong habit of exercise, of course his body will continue to weaken with age; but it will weaken at a much slower rate. Even if he may continue to see gains through 50, eventually his body will begin to yield to time; no one can live forever. I actually hate saying this, because I am a huge proponent of exercise and, I too was a personal trainer many years ago. I'm now 61 years old and still love training and running. I merely wanted to clarify a point, and not allow people to have unrealistic expectations. Regarding people who hate exercise, I have found that the fun should come first, and then the physical will follow. That is, find an activity--whether a sport like basketball or tennis, or an activity like running or weight lifting--that you ENJOY; and do that. If you try to force yourself to do something you consider a chore, you will never stick to it in a lifelong pattern. Never. The most important thing is to find something you enjoy, whether alone or with a training partner. That alone can be the difference between success and failure, sometimes life and death.
Staying active, ambitiously active, is vital. Diet helps. Limiting driving helps. Joy helps.

Proposed Cuts Strike Teachers as Attacks on Their Value to Society
Many teachers see demands to cut their pay, benefits and say in how schools are run as attacks not just on their livelihoods, but on their value.
Why would the Republicans need a large conscript army?

Offer ten pounds of Kruger rand for a first report of his death, later verified.  Give a phone number to call.   About $24,000.  We can give multiple awards if there are questions.

A Conspiracy With a Silver Lining
“A Conspiracy With a Silver Lining - @CFTC $JPM Andrew Maguire story now mainstream http://nyti.ms/ejSyYl”
This looks much more like inflation fear than conspiracy.  All one has to do is go long and sell every day at market close. Hold a portion out in case of collapse. Commissions will eat that scheme . . .  Etf with a stop loss and a reinvest?  There is a very great deal of silver in the ground so this price will fall hard when the fear dies.

It can't keep you young.  It can keep you younger.  It will slow aging.
