A public corporation has a legal duty to make as much money as possible for the share holders. Allowing me to continue to develop products does not do that. A public corporation is not what I want. An LLC or LLP is a far better umbrella. I can take investors but they do not get ownership. A not for profit might do the job. I need a liability shield.
