Entities will continue to want to sell. One thing they sell is image.
Another is repute. Slightly different qualities that both help market individuals, brands, corporations, nations, and civilizations.
It does not hurt to think big.

Fair warning.  It is not a threat.  The laptop stays in the car, mostly on the floor. I take it in to the office at Pratt. Motels, I try to use it in the room.  In most of the Adirondacks there is very limited coverage.
The Library in Lake Placid does a good job.  I have missed the bug free spring window now.  I will get another after July 4 if other things allow.

    Silliness and Sleight of Hand
Suspicions of the president have moved from the theoretical to the theological.

One way to beat the game is to build it.  This is what is called a first person shooter.  The cartoon mask does not hide the action.  Artillery practice.

I will sign up for Medicare.  I don't see how I can declare retirement any time soon.  The Tiaa-cref will just have to accumulate along with
Social Security until past 72, the max.  Mom, with care, will go past her century.

For a week in January, my then-13-month-old daughter, Sasha, and I visited San Francisco-alone, without her mother.
Would have loved to show you kid-friendly San Francisco. So many Trekaroo families live here and would have recommended some other fantastic free things to do with baby Sasha like visit the wonderful Koret's Children's Quarter, a hike at Land's End, and visit to the Farmer's Market at the Ferry Building. Here's a link to all the under $5 Kid-friendly things to do in San Francisco with a Toddler recommended by parents: http://www.trekaroo.com/places/san-francisco-bay-area-california/activities#cost_min:0/min_age:0/age_filter_type:only/sort_by:popularity/select_city:/cost_max:1/max_age:3 Next time you are in town, let us know, we'd love to show you guys around.
Summer amusements there for a twenty something.  She will be hit on.  Deal with it.  Schools have files of summer work.  There are resources through her Temple.  The State has a list.   There is some temping that could be tried for.  The Navy or the Coastguard may have a space.  Do not take a nursing position without the degree. They are assigned to the Marine Corps and shipped to a war zone.
The Park Rangers, Federal and State like vets but are worth a try as are the other cops and the fire departments.  The Tea Party austerity will not last.  Universities do not pay well for tecks and adjuncts.
Journalism?  There should be interesting things coming out of Germany That will not get much of a look.
There is a lot to be learned at the Exploritorium but they do not pay.
I can think of little that would please me more than walking the coast range north from Saucilito. I would guess there is a marked and guidebooked trail.  Much better with a small group.  A G3 phone helps but a friend to hand is far better.

A page on Facebook posts pictures and other keepsakes that fell from the sky after the violent storms that tore through the South.
Such a very finite disaster.  FEMA needs the practice.

Here Comes Your Starbucks Latte; There Goes Your Laptop
Starbucks shops are prime hunting ground for thieves who prey on customers distracted by laptops or iPads or, well, standing in line, to extract their valuables.
I am aware of the risks.

Life is politics. Racial politics is death.  In the midst of life we are in death.
This is indulging in racial politics.  We need to see it and avoid it.
The Hispanics want to live here because it is different from home.
We must not let here become like the places they left.
We do not want to send them back.

He really should have more in the show than the book and the author.
Large scale illustrations would be a good start.  Small blocks that were cut in production would be another.  Pictures that did not make the cut.  Detailed technical discussions with diagrams.  There are so many addenda that could be sold to fans.

      There are many forgery tales.
At a guess this one started as an attempt to write a play like that of Shakespere. The attempt was unreasonably successful.  The problem then was to set the work so that it became saleable.
      Bravo for work well done.
