Doing so in secret did not look possible.
He checked, discovered that the discontinuity would be minor, we will all see what happens next.

      Creed or Chaos
      “Creed or Chaos - http://nyti.ms/dVJSvD”

      David Brooks exposes himself
                as an hypocrite.
". . . as long as people practice their faiths open-mindedly
and are tolerant of different beliefs."
"The religions that thrive have exactly what “The Book of Mormon” ridicules: communal theologies, doctrines and codes of conduct rooted in claims of absolute truth."

The show got it right.  The L.D.S. hold their faith most dear.
It is the product of one acquisitive mind.

How The Drudge Report Got Popular and Stayed on Top
“According to @Pew_Internet, @matt_drudge is the most influential news curator on Twitter - http://nyti.ms/kzMqmM”
". . . consider that 15 percent of the traffic at WashingtonPost.com, which is not exactly a hotbed of Tea Party foment, comes from The Drudge Report."  Consider that 'hot' headlines will get interested people to click a link. Consider that The Washington Post has become a much less interesting paper.Consider that Matt Drudge is a scurrilous yellow journalist, a 'tabloid' hack interested in personal notoriety.  The checkout tabloids would like to have his skills.

N.B.A. Executive Dares to Leave the Safety of His Shadow Life
Until now, Rick Welts, the president and chief executive of the Phoenix Suns, had not felt comfortable enough in his chosen field to be open about his sexuality.
More that he was not uncomfortable in his sexuality and in need of openness.  He has needs.  His field only needs an effective executive.

“NY Time op-ed from former chair of Vanguard: "The Supreme Court Had Its Say. Now Let Shareholders Decide." http://nyti.ms/jlHrkk”
The power of the share holders is very limited.  Corporate political contributions should show on the balance sheet. These are public records called annual reports.  Only privately held corporations do not have them on record.  Reporters show a surprising lack of zeal in not collating the information.

“How The Drudge Report Got Popular and Stayed on Top - http://nyti.ms/m97ciy”
Drama in support of a cause.
Yes, Mr. Drudge is a conservative ideologue whose site also serves as a crib sheet for the likes of Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity. But if you believe that his huge traffic numbers are a byproduct of an ideologically motivated readership, consider that 15 percent of the traffic at WashingtonPost.com, which is not exactly a hotbed of Tea Party foment, comes from The Drudge Report.
How is the traffic at the Washington Post relevant to the character of the Drudge Report?

How The Drudge Report Got Popular and Stayed on Top
The Drudge Report, outgrowing its roots in the Lewinsky scandal, is responsible for a surprisingly large portion of the hits at mainstream news sites like WashingtonPost.com.
    Even the nuts like evidence.
