      I don't know how to stay out of trouble.  Neither do the Mexicans.
      A stability will be found but not by me.
      There are offshore islands in the Caribbean that may be good. 
      I have an old friend who has a guest house in the Yucatan.
      When the drugs money stops I may be able to think about it better.
      I would guess that the southern coast of Texas is about as good and safe as anywhere on the gulf.  The cranes will be gone or going soon.

      As I read this very small review of a physically large restaurant I see nothing to recommend it.  If it fills, it will be serving fast food.  if it does not fill it will be bankrupt.  The only way to deal with that many is to cook ahead.  That means a limited menu or frozen food.
      Try it passing through.  
      I will do better with down town lunch counters and bar rooms with kitchens.  College town pizza tends to be better than average.

      The Times has occasional bad days.  I think it does very well most of the time.  The IHT should run a Moscow operation.  The Russian state would benefit from yellow journalism.  It could be done virtually and in Cyrillic.  Chinese computers running Linux in Russian would sell well.  Bittorrent.

      You know exactly how bad it was.
      Alabama does not believe in outside help.
      They should be ashamed of themselves.  Perhaps they are.  
      From here I can't tell.
      When they are reduced to asking for help it should be given in embarrassing quantity.
      The pattern will change but not soon.
      They should also be asked to help others.
      the response will be disappointing.
