Some better.  It will be a separate instrument.  All the stocks dropped today, not a lot but some.

      Foreclosure Judges Berate Lawyers
“Foreclosure Judges Berate Lawyers - http://nyti.ms/enZL35”
Whine, whine, whine.  The bar association says hire more lawyers.
The judge has said that the lawyer is responsible for the truth of what is sworn to.  The lawyers complain that the banks are liars. It is all true and has nothing to do with the loans being in default which is why they are all in court.  There must be due diligence. and good documentation.  The bank wants the action, The bank pays for the action.

Looks like they bought the whole thing when the signed the armistice.  Here is a chance to dispose of the troops that can't come home.  Let the south hire Blackwater.  They can be heroes and disable the nukes.

Data Proves New York City Cabs Do Disappear at 4 P.M.
Just when homebound workers need them, cabs on duty decline by nearly 20 percent. City officials have been unable to prevent it.
It is shift change.  Cabbies  who work the morning rush go on at about six am. Six plus nine takes them to three. so I suppose that most do not start until seven, time to get to the desks for the nine am. market opening and court.  The bars like no cabs until five.

    The Politicized Mind
The political opportunism occasioned by the Tucson massacre has ranged from the irrelevant to the irresponsible, all while we ignore the most productive questions.
David Brooks favours the police state as usual.
The man was only a bit nuttier than other Tea Party activists.
It is frightening that there are whole states like him.
    Real actions have real consequences.

      Troubles on Russia's Lake Baikal

The government has two choices.  Close the plant and empty the town
or change the drainage from the town and the plant.  There is a third choice to move the town and the plant. That might cost most.  Company towns are a really bad deal.  They die of resource removal.
