  Therapists Who Help People Stay In the Closet

  Should therapists help God-fearing gay people stay in the closet?

  I have no idea.  I think the AA model might be applicable.  The anonymity would be very important.  Think of AA meetings in an open bar.  Everyone at the meeting would be there for the same reason.  The sexuality is not subject to change.  The faith is.

  I will add this to the mix.   

  I think they need to work on their faith but I am not them.

  Sooner is better - - - - As soon as you can is best.
