I just can't resist pointing out that what we need to do is collect the taxes.
Specifically a very moderate income tax graduated from nothing at $30,000,
A bare living in NYC, to  90% at $100,000,000.  Tax all individual income. Leave the corporate. It is not income until an individual human being controls it.  We can adjust the 90% number to get the required federal income.  The suggested form has everyone with less than a $1,000,000. income paying 1% in taxes and that is pretty silly. We might have to raise that to 5%.
