Team From Engadget Makes Jump to SB Nation
Nimble businesses, like Engadget years ago and The Huffington Post now, drew AOL’s attention, but they risk becoming one more cog in the machine."In Internet years, AOL has grown long in the tooth and seems incapable of playing nice with the toys it buys. There is a great deal of execution risk in putting old and new brands together. Even now, many of the longtime editorial employees at AOL have been laid off to make way for Huffington Post staff, while many of the unpaid contributors to Huffington Post have been vocal about the fact that the site cashed in, but they still work free."The unpaid contributors can peddle their product where they wish. They are free people.

Chefs Look Past the Garden for Wild New Ingredients
Increasingly, the ingredients that chefs are seeking out are not the ones everyone can order; they’re the ones few have ever heard of.I will put a couple of texts in the box of books. The game is fun but usually I am pushing things by the time I stop for the night. I just want to do something effortless and turn in. I did a boat trip in the boundary waters where I spent every other day in camp. That worked but I needed a guide who would land me in an interesting camp. The wood supply was getting very thin around the camp sites. lunch stops for feeding and fuelling would be a good Idea next time.
