      He will have no success.
The changeover will come through the courts.

    Let’s Take a Hike
If the federal budget and national deficit situation is so serious, shouldn’t we be raising taxes, not cutting them?
We should be raising federal taxes in a progressive way.

President Obama and the Mideast Peace Process
“http://nyti.ms/eBZPMj It is time for Mr. Obama—alone or, better yet, in concert with Europe, Russia and the United Nations—to put a map and a deal on the table.”

It is time the editors looked beyond prejudice and recognized that if the parties are determined to fight there is no way to defuse the conflict.
Time will not heal this situation.
      Neither side can yield.

The Prosecution Rests, but I Can’t
      “The Prosecution Rests, but I Can’t - http://nyti.ms/fRjqUT A must read”
The author was abused in monstrous fashion.  His abusers, the New Orleans prosecutor is protected by a shield law.  The law is not bad but in these cases it is also abused.  Our only real recourse is to remove this evil from public office.  Time does not reverse.  We cannot give the man his life back.  All we can do is try to see that this miscarriage dose not happen again.

Proficiency of Black Students Is Found to Be Far Lower Than Expected
“This is so troubling! / Proficiency of Black Students Is Found to Be Far Lower Than Expected - http://nyti.ms/csjX1D”

"“There’s accumulating evidence that there are racial differences in what kids experience before the first day of kindergarten,” said Ronald Ferguson, director of the Achievement Gap Initiative at Harvard. “They have to do with a lot of sociological and historical forces. In order to address those, we have to be able to have conversations that people are unwilling to have.”"
