    Religious engineering is called for.  That is near impossible from outside and I will never have the legitimacy to get it done from the inside.  If I were to try, I would start with a PHD in sales, a second in Arabic and a third in theology.  That or a CIA budget line and a building in Providence RI.  Sit seven committee people down and brainstorm and seminar a pop culture modification for south Asia.  Hmm may be underway . . .
