Students Know Good Teaching When They Get It, Survey Finds
Gates Foundation research found that students who rated their teachers highly also scored better on standardized tests than their peers.
The schools are not as good as they could be.  I am uncertain how to make them better.  Children have different interests and abilities. A wonderful teacher for one group is terrible for another.  One size does not fit all.

      Making Sense of Complex Controls

It might be good.  There is so much that is bad. IDEO is one of the better houses.

I have not done the Gift card default.  They seem clumsy and limiting.  I would rather give or receive something I would like but would not buy or make for myself.

So you’re drowning in a sea of information. Perhaps the answer is more information.
I will sign on to twitter when I buy the Android phone.

Formaldehyde in Wrinkle-Free Clothes May Pose Skin Risks
Critics say more studies are needed on the effects of formaldehyde in textiles, including a closer look at the effects of cumulative exposure.

There is a great deal of formaldehyde in construction materials.
I am not going to worry about the bit in permanent press.
Wash the material before you wear it.
