Banks Accused of Illegally Breaking Into Homes
Critics said a tide of lawsuits accusing banks of wrongfully breaking into homes reinforced their claim that the foreclosure process is fundamentally flawed.Mortgage servicing is the walking dead. There is nothing wrong with foreclosure, only with the due diligence of the foreclosing organizations. The courts have a big job and no one wants to pay. They took the loans. They did not pay. The security is forfeit.Do the due diligence and there will be no winnable suits. If the issuer blew of his due diligence, that is another story. The debt becoming unsecured is about the best that can be hoped for. The result will probably be bankruptcy for all involved. -

I will have to try the fingerless ones. California at SF looks wonderful.I can go up for my fix of winter.
