    Thanks for the Tax Cut!
How one upper bracketeer will spend his windfall from the extension of the Bush tax cuts.
I expect Larry David does not need that thousand bucks.

E-Mail Use Falls as Young Chat and Text
Visitors to e-mail sites are in decline, and companies like Facebook now offer messaging focused on immediacy.
Email lets me try to get other things accomplished.  I find a strict diet of text very thinning.

In California, Homeowners at Risk Struggle to Find Lawyers

It is almost impossible to modify a securitized loan. The bank does not own it. multiple bond holders do.  The government insists that modifications are possible. The property holder wants them and has no wish to know the problems. Some really bad loans were never securitized.  These could be modified but a loan that bad is unrecoverable even with modification.  The door to fraud is wide open. Just promise what is wanted and beat it with the money.

Net Neutrality Rules Are Imminent From the F.C.C.
The new rules would create two classes of Internet access, one for fixed-line providers and the other wireless.
    The rules are out.
Net neutrality is preserved with a bow to entertainments nerves. Mobile devices are bandwidth limited. NG systems over the cellular system will not stream video satisfactorily.

I want to like Larry David but this is lame.
