Rwanda will withdraw their "peace keepers". The UN must find others. If the US kicked in the cost it would not hurt my feelings.

It would be a good way to employ the returning vets if the Republicans permit it.

Islam would have a hard time with that. It would be practice at "Nation Building".

The Republicans would have a really hard time with that. The vets are the wrong class and everyone involved would learn.
