    Told to Eat Its Vegetables, America Orders Fries
    Despite two decades of public health initiatives, a study found Americans still aren’t eating enough vegetables.

    Good vegetables require a shorter supply chain and a fatter profit margin than competitive mass marketing provides.  Most of hem do not crop well.
    Garden truck does not provide the large quantities and long periods of availability that large markets demand.  Super Market chains cannot do vegetables fresh and chain wide.  Fries we know how to do.  They also freeze.
