Newark Public Schools to Get a $100 Million Donation
A gift from Mark Zuckerberg, the chief executive of Facebook, to the notoriously troubled Newark school system is part of a plan to start an educational foundation.

It is both too little and miss aimed.   Newark must build some light industry. What they need is hope which means income.  Once they have money in their system they can collect some taxes and free themselves from the suburb dominated state government.  Getting out is not the goal.  Getting on is.
