A simple, free market solution to credit card fee gouging would be to allow merchants to charge lower prices if a customer pays in cash. That way a CUSTOMER can make the choice about whether they want to pay for for the convenience of credit or debit cards. Visa and Mastercard's refusal to allow merchants to set lower prices for cash payments is tantamount to price fixing.I am angry enough at Visa. Regulate these theives.
