Florida’s High-Speed Answer to a Foreclosure Mess
“Florida’s High-Speed Answer to a Foreclosure Mess - http://nyti.ms/aXDfPY #p2 #fl”
Florida real estate is a mess. It looks like anything built in the last seven years should be sold at auction. The lawyers are feasting and the developments are collapsing. If the banks continue to foreclose the banks will be broke, the former owners will have enormous personal liens and the towns will also be bankrupt.
If we are lucky it will all go back to the Everglades. The only real solution is personal bankruptcy for the former and eminent domain for the titles. In ten years they can try again.
