California, Drenched by Winter Rain, Is Told ‘Drought’s Over’

On Friday, Gov. Jerry Brown ended the drought emergency for the vast majority of the state, a move that marked the formal end to a water shortage that had already been erased by a winter of rain and snow.

Russian built planes delivered the Sarin.
The casings were painted green.
The planes departed and returned to a Russian controled airfield.
My guess is Russia supplied and delivered the Sarin.
The Syrian stockpile was removed by Nato several years ago.
The accounting was good.  The inspection was through.

Hacking Attack Woke Up Dallas With Emergency Sirens, Officials Say

All 156 of the city’s sirens, which are meant to alert severe weather or other emergencies, sounded into the early hours of Saturday morning.

"Officials declined to give full details about the nature of the breach, citing security reasons, but they said they believed it had originated locally."
