A Stronger Military

If we for a moment can step outside our irrational emotions fostered by the bigotry of religion and culture, why is any person disqualified from military service because of her or his private sexual preferences and convictions? If we want to look to experience, the male heterosexual has committed prolific and outrageous harassment and outright rape in the military. Shall we exclude them, or perhaps have a “don’t ask, don’t tell” screen for the heterosexual soldier who is by far more problematical to "security" than the largely quiescent homosexual members of the military? That this issue is even an issue is a disgusting obeisance to majority conformity!

Long ago I had the carefully cultured aversion to the gay. Long exposure has taught me better.
