Oil Flow Is Stemmed, but Could Resume, Official Says

The article says the flow is stopped but go to which is a live feed and just as much is coming out now as last night. So is that just "mud" that is leading and as soon as they stop pumping it will be replaced by oil, or is the video fake, or is the article wrong??

I doubt there is a fake video. There is not much information in the article.
