cook ahead and freeze. Microwave, more power is better. Learn eggs.

Bake with minimal salt. Lemon Juice. Vinegar. Refrigerate.

Read labels with care. Watch the serving size. Mustard. Herbs.

Butter from cows on grass. Extra virgin Olive oil at the finish. Canola for frying.

Put salt on the table, not on the food. Skip soy sauce. Cook your beans yourself.


Mostly do not buy food ready to eat.
