Josh Harkinson of Mother Jones: an Interiori Deparment IG investigation covering the period from 2004-2007 turns up evidence that "employees of the Minerals Management Service [in Lake Charles, Louisiana] spent time trading links to Internet porn, shaking off crystal meth buzzes, and partying on the dime of the oil companies that they were supposed to be regulating."
