They act like Microsoft, but worse! iTunes songs come with garbage DRM controls on them and you can only use them in Apple products (5 maximum). Amazon sells just the raw mp3. It's awesome. I buy it, it's mine, and I do whatever I want with them, and I put copies on my Blackberry, my PCs, and my car. I have spent well over 100 dollars some months, due to the ease of Amazon's mp3 store... There is no need to force a consumer to do something you want them to do.
