There a goal is set and the effort is to design a product and process to get to that goal. Democratic forms do very well in that environment.I am trying to learn something, attractiveness in products, and sell that understanding. I have not found a satisfactory learning in the classrooms. I have found other searchers. They have no more insights to pass along to me.

It is 21:00 and I am back at the terminal.
To leave a coastal community without the help of a buy out seems quite draconian. There should not be private buyers for these places but they did have value and they were home to their residents. Renters must get help as well as owners.
There will not be another tsunami there soon. but sea level rise will make coastal life very wet. The details get messy as always.
We could make exceptions for catastrophic flooding but it is always catastrophic. Best to just move them back up the hill.
