Big Blasts Hit Government Buildings in Central Oslo
The explosions blew out the windows of several government buildings, including one housing the office of the Norwegian prime minister, according to local media reports.
Turns out to be local and from the political right. Lots of speculation on an Islamic connection is apparently wrong.
The Republicans have said no to any rise in revenue for the federal government.
If we do not default there may be a patch to carry things through the next election.
