I have not understood the problem.
The publishers are getting their payments.
One wants a higher payment and the retailer is refusing to sell that publisher's products.
The publisher is welcome to seek other retailers and direct sales.
Google will find the books though not at Amazon.
We are looking at a problem of lazy customers.

There are other institutions that teach all about Islam.
This one teaches about the destruction of two buildings and the effort to repair the damage to the city that resulted from that destruction.

It carries an emotional burden.  Expect it when visiting.
