Court Under Roberts Is Most Conservative in Decades

The court’s center of gravity under Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. has edged to the right, based on an analysis of four sets of political science data.

There is a difference between conservative and reactionary. This writer seems to have missed it or is intentionally confusing the issue. I have no wish to see the House Unamerican Activities Committee reactivated.
