The Web Means the End of Forgetting

“When memory doesn't fade, what happens to #storytelling? NYTimes: The Web Means the End of Forgetting - http://nyti.ms/dabph2”

Most fiction does not pose as history. Storytelling becomes what it has always been, an exploration of possibility and plausibility.

The search for truth in the record can and must continue. The winners write the history and they unavoidably spin the facts. A true history includes all the facts.

Perhaps we can learn who won by looking at who writes the history. That changes.
