Avatar (Fox) (2009)

Zoe Saldana plays the warrior Neytiri in “Avatar.”

I have not seen it. I have no intention of seeing it. I will probably be shown it one of these years.

I read SF with pleasure. I am very very often disappointed in film presentations of these stories. The producers seem to be incapable of taking a story seriously that violates their model of reality. The writing staff and the directors also have trouble.

Media fans are best avoided.
