Mr. Kasell started off as an anchorman and later in his career became an absurdist comedian on the popular quiz show “Wait Wait ... Don’t Tell Me.”

I have missed his voice in recent months.

The writers continue to amuse.

Cornell Student Admits Using Slur as Hate Crime Charges Are Dropped

John P.A. Greenwood pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and admitted using a racial slur, but denied the assault that left a black student with a bloody nose.

I have not been impressed with Cornell.
