Changes Coming to White House Press Room: Who, Where, When and How

Donald J. Trump has shown few reservations about ignoring the norms of presidential media coverage. Journalists are wary of what that might mean.

The reporters can get aggressive when thwarted.
That might be a good thing.
The Russians keep pointing out the the difference between a spy and a reporter is mainly semantic.
I would like the Trump administration to be as disabled as possible.

Smaller Bathrooms on Planes Pose Challenges for Passengers

Lavatories on some single-aisle aircraft have been reconfigured, drawing criticism from fliers and flight attendants.

It is a design problem.
The planes will be stinky if it is not solved.

States Will Lead on Climate Change in the Trump Era

Donald Trump isn’t likely to advance climate policy. Luckily, there’s a bulwark against any attempt to roll back the progress made.

I am not hopeful.

Fed up with frequent rolling blackouts, voters punished the ruling party. The new government won’t find it easy to fix the problem.

The problem can be solved.
Ghana will need a crash program.  Nationalization will be necessary.

The Quiet War on Medicaid

Donald Trump may not have the stomach to attack Medicare, but trouble is certainly brewing for millions of poor and working-class families.

If successful The block grant programs should poison the Republican coalition.

Many more will die homeless.

Carl Paladino, Trump Ally, Wishes Obama Dead of ‘Mad Cow Disease’ in ’17

Mr. Paladino, a one-time Republican candidate for governor of New York and political ally of Donald J. Trump, also said in an interview that Michelle Obama should be “let loose in the outback of Zimbabwe.”

There is a good reason he is not a governor.
