The delay in the murder trial was unconscionable.

The accused should walk. They will not on this appeal.
The lawyers advice was bad. 
There should be a new trial that will lead to a conviction and deportation.
The process is important.

Just give the Child Welfare agency unlimited funds to carry out its task.
