Another reason to rush the vaccine.

Moderate Drinking Does Not Affect Fertility

A new study has found that moderate alcohol consumption does not affect a woman’s ability to get pregnant, although higher amounts might.

"The lead author, Ellen M. Mikkelsen, a senior researcher at Aarhus University, cautioned that a woman can be pregnant without being aware of it and that there are many other factors to take into account in achieving pregnancy, but was reluctant to offer women advice about drinking.
“If you know that you are not pregnant — if you’ve had a test — our results do not indicate that there is any danger in taking a drink. But we’re not saying anything about the health effects of alcohol in general,” she said."

Team From Finance and Law to Direct Puerto Rico’s Fiscal Affairs

Four Republicans and three Democrats will serve on the seven-member board, which has four Puerto Rican members.

"The board was created as part of a new legal framework to shelter Puerto Rico from creditor lawsuits while it seeks to reduce its debt as its financial crisis intensifies. The law was necessary because federal law prohibits Puerto Rico from entering bankruptcy, which is what mainland cities and counties could do in similarly dire straits. It gives the island some restructuring powers normally available only in bankruptcy, but it also requires it to submit to federal oversight. The board is intended to remain in place until Puerto Rico regains the ability to raise money in the capital markets, which could take years."

A Republican congress killed the economy of Puerto Rico making bankruptcy inevitable.
A Republican congress forbade the shelter of bankruptcy to Puerto Rico.
A Republican congress has attempted to control the looting of the Commonwealth
which is the creature of congress.
President Obama has attempted to mitigate the actions of congress.
I will read further reports.
