Lawsuit Says Bronx Health Center Turns Away Patients With Physical Disabilities

A nonprofit group contended that a branch of the Union Community Health Center has failed to make numerous accommodations that are required by disability laws.

Michelle Caiola, the managing attorney for the New York office of Disability Rights Advocates is probably "shooting himself in the foot".
A charity health center probably has limited resources. 
The suit will force them to get a new building.
It will be smaller and less capable.
