The authorities released a picture of Ian McCarthy, 39, of Clinton, Mo., who is suspected of killing Officer Gary Michael, 37, of the Clinton Police Department.

Ian McCarthy had a bad day.  A gun did not improve it.

North Korea Rails Against New Sanctions, Says U.S. is ‘Frantic’ About Missile Tests

A statement called the new Security Council sanctions a “frenzied and desperate” effort by the United States to obliterate North Korea.

The bottom of the North Korean economy will starve this winter.
That will not slow the missile and bomb programs.
The threat to North Korea is from China.
