Stop Spying on Wikipedia Users

The N.S.A.’s surveillance undermines the free exchange of knowledge on which we all depend.
Surveillance of Citizens by Government; Freedom of Speech and Expression; Privacy; Suits and Litigation (Civil); Espionage and Intelligence Services

Hopeless

The N.S.A. collects all the electronic communications.
It cannot be stopped from doing so short of ending the organization.
Encryption does not hide the metadata that shows the source and destination of messages.  The onion router can give some delay.  It can be "broken".
Encryption is by design not public.

The best that can be done Is to impose anonymity on the agency's publications.
The agency may not name persons or places publicly.
I can think of no way to control private conversations by individuals.

In Forecasting Health Costs, Let Technology Be Your Guide

The ability to sustain lower growth in costs will depend in large part on how investments in health care technology are encouraged.
Health Insurance and Managed Care; Drugs (Pharmaceuticals); Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (2010); Innovation; Medical Devices; Medicare; Medicaid

Health Care costs are driven by administrators.
They see no need to limit patient costs.
