Solar Industry Jump-Starts a Revival in California

Oakland’s Jack London Square draws energy from Sungevity and the alternative energy start-ups it nurtures.

Money is made with patent protected innovation.
Patents have inventors.  Invention is an individual effort if the patent is to be solid and defensible.  Cooperatives are a good initial condition but a miserable base for development.  Dividing the spoils is nearly impossible.

Credit and Debt; Foreign Aid; Banking and Financial Institutions

The best choice for Ukraine is to default on their debts.
They will be on cash and carry for a few years but they will avoid debt in a foreign currency and irrational austerity.  Foreign trade will be available and they can insist on the Sevastopol leas payments.
When Europe has a rational economy they can join. This is not the time for the E.U.
