What Pets Can Teach Us About Marriage

Do you greet each other with excitement, overlook each other’s flaws and easily forgive bad behavior? If it’s your pet, the answer is probably yes. But your spouse? Probably not.

I am much like a cat. Desperately dependent and unwilling to admit it.

I can be trained, with great patience, to do simple things. I am to a large extent self maintaining. I aspire to be amusing. I am mechanically clever. etc.
