I Know I’m Doing This Wrong

“I Know I’m Doing This Wrong - Employee En Engagement http://nyti.ms/bhs6Af”

The Japanese do development this way, with a cmitty of the involved workers.

They get the details but the overall design often stinks. The shop never really sees the finished work. It also never sees customers.

The experience the manufacturer most needs to improve is the sale. After that it is that of the end user. Think good cheap, an unbeatable combination. It will be the death of the new China.
