How Many Warnings Do They Need?

The leaders of the Sept. 11 commission recently warned of gaps in homeland security. Congress and the White House must address them before our nation’s luck runs out.

It is a failed tactic all around. I would rather live with some danger than guards and pass books. good security is invisible.
